Congratulations to the Varsity volleyball team for placing 2nd in the Fieldcrest tournament today. Super proud of all our girls!! The varsity beat St. Bede, lost to IB in pool play but went 3 sets, and beat BHS. Then in the championship bracket defeated Delevan in 2 sets, and lost in the championship match to IB.

Congratulations to the four swimmers that represented the Olympia Girls Swim Team today at the LaSalle-Peru Pentathlon. Olympia placed 2nd as a team! Individual placing were: Nora - 2nd Lola - 5th Sophia- 7th Abbie - 8th

💙🥎💙OMS Spartans Softball is State Bound💙🥎💙 They defeated Dunlap Panthers 5-2 today, which takes them to the Elite 8 in State. The Lady Spartans will take on Lake Zurich South, Friday September 27th at 2:30 pm in Bloomington, at Champion Fields.

The Girls Swim Team placed 2nd in the triangular meet at Washington on Thursday. Top finishers: 200 Medley Relay & 400 Free Relay - 2nd place (Sophia, Nora, Lola, Abbie H) Sophia Thomas- 2nd in 200 IM(PR) & 3rd in 100 Back(PR) Abbie Hoeft - 2nd in 50 Free(PR) & 100 Free(PR) Lola Finfrock - 2nd in 100 Fly(PR) & 500 Free(PR) Nora Collins -3rd in 200 Free PRs were also set by the following swimmers: Kahliyah Cooper - 500 Free & 100 Back Jayce Moser - 50 Free Abby Bridgewater - 100 Breaststroke

Varsity vb fought hard at Auburn tonight going 3 sets and losing. They won 25-14, lost 25-13, 23-25. Came close to meeting their team goal. Keep Working hard ladies! Jv&freshman both won in 2 sets. The freshman football game scheduled for today Sept. 19th vs. Athens has been cancelled due to a lack of available players for Athens.

OMS Softball beats Pekin Edison 12-2 tonight to win the Regional Championship. Come out to Olympia to support the Lady Spartans, on Saturday, September 21st at 11:00, as they take on Dunlap Middle School.

The Varsity and JV Vb teams competed@the Clinton classic tournament. Varsity fought hard but came up short. JV stole the show today and went undefeated winning the championship match vs Argenta-Oreana in 3 sets. A big congratulations to Coach Smith and the JV volleyball team.

OMS Girls Softball defeats LJHS 8-2, to move on to the Regional Championship, this Tuesday, September 17th @ 4:30. They will take on Pekin Edison at Olympia. Please come out to cheer on your Lady Spartans to a Regional title.

Congrats to the Oly girl's golf team for coming in 1st place at the Eureka Coach Kool invite. The Spartans were led by Kennadie Finchum's 4th place finish, and Madi Barnes' 1st place finish!

OMS 8th Grade Softball Team finishes their regular season with a 10-0 win over Evans tonight. This brings their record to 16-1-1. Bring on post season.

The freshman Lady Spartans battled today in the first annual Spartans vb tournament. The team fought hard but came up short. The Lady Spartans played in the consolation bracket after pool play. The team had great efforts all day. A big thanks to all those who helped make it a success! Congratulations to Sophia Ortiz for making the All Tournament team.
